Implementing Strategy
"Low Cost" and "High Quality" strategies are illustrated by the use of the business simulation tool, and participants run a virtual business in both of these very different situations. In the last session, participants get to compete against each other to see the effects of operating in a competitive environment.

Application to Own Business
The final session gets participants to question where they fit into their own overall business structure and how their work contributes to the business strategy, and ultimately, how they help create shareholder value.
